Owner and President Tom Purcell has been successfully operating TMP Cleaning & Restoration Services, Inc. since 1988. He has also been a full-time professional firefighter since 1995. Mr. Purcell combines his extensive knowledge of the restoration business with his professional training in the world of firefighting and emergency service delivery to provide one of the most comprehensive services in the industry today. IICRC certifications include water damage, fire restoration, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, upholstery & fabric, odor control, and anti-microbial application specialist.

Mr. Purcell is also a graduate of the Executive Office of Public Safety – Massachusetts Department of Fire Services and Edward J. Collins Jr. Center for Public Management / University of Massachusetts – Chief Fire Officer Management Program and is currently in his third year in the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Fire Science and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
